When I refreshed my bug posted page in IE 6.0 another bug was created using the
posted data.

This bug was created when I clicked on the refresh button in my IE 6.0 browser
while it displayed the bug posted output from Bug# 148222 and then clicked on
the retry button on the following dialog box.

This is either a dupe of bug 22253, or NOTABUG. Your browser should warn you if
you reload a POST page - if it doesn't, complain to your browser vendor.
