Steps to reproduce:

- Read LICENSE file at https://dxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/browser/branding/official/LICENSE.
- I clicked on the links.


Actual results:

- The Mozilla Licensing Policies link uses HTTP instead of HTTPS and has the ".html" file type in the URL.
- The MPL License 2.0 link uses HTTP instead of HTTPS.


Expected results:

Both links should use the HTTPS protocol instead of HTTP. (Just a small improvement.)

To do:
- Update Mozilla Licensing Policies link to https://www.mozilla.org/foundation/licensing/.
- Update MPL License 2.0 link to https://mozilla.org/MPL/2.0/.
