Going to sites that have their own CA seems to have become incredibly slow post
Mozilla 1.0RC1.  The Adobe site referenced as the test URL takes >6 minutes to
finish loading on my PowerBook G4/667.  MIT has also complained their internal
sites with their own CA are very slow.

This page loaded immediately in Moz1.0 RC1 and NS 6.2x.
Dramatic slow down, 6-8min. in Moz1.0 RC3.
