We're missing data entirely for these dates in v4, but we do have data from v3. We could salvage what we can from the v3 data, but we should consider what columns we won't be able to fill and how that might mislead folks doing analysis that expect the data to be there.
First step here is to document the missing days. Whether we populate the missing data from v3 or leave the dates should have some discussion to see which is likely to be more confusing / misleading.
