Details

From within Mail, open Window > Address Book, then Tools > Import. Select
"Address Books", click Next; select "Text file", click Next. File dialog opens.
No matter what happens next (finish the import or click "Cancel"), address book
will not have focus afterward. (Focus reverts to mail window.)
