From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.0rc3)
Gecko/20020523
BuildID: 2002052306

When you select a file of a different type to download, in this case a .inf
file, the resulting "Enter name of file to be saved..." window automatically
appends .exe onto the file name.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Visit above listed URL.
2.Click on the CT1700 href link.

Actual Results: The "Enter name of file to be saved..." dialog appeared with
the file name listed as "CT1700.inf.exe"

Expected Results: the file name should list the file as "CT1503.inf" since it's
not an executable.

I'm mainly listing this as severity "Normal" because this is something that it
easily missed during the saving of a file and therefore you can all to easily
end up with a .exe file sitting on your computer that is not an executable.
This problem will be particularly confusing to those who have there file
extensions hidden.
