14834 - move all files under res/profile to chrome/profile

Steve, I believe I have mentioned to you months back in M7 that the entire /res
directory is obsolete, and everything needs to moved over to the /chrome
directory.

We need this to be done as soon as you can.  We're getting ready to roll out new
installers, and your Profile Manager comes up very whacked at the current
moment.

If you have any questions as to how to go about moving those files, please talk
to Matt.  Thanks.

I have moved all the dtd stuff into chrome/profile.
I need to move the xul and css files yet.
I had filed a bug on this (#14216) for M12.
Marking this a duplicate and will get to it asap.
