Button missing
Certificate Manager . Want to delete an expired "your certificates".
Popup-box to confirm deleting of cert. shows up. (Do you want to
delete the cert. ?) The box has no buttons. so i cant say yes/no.
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.0rc3) Gecko/20020523.

reporter (Dirk): can you reproduce this with a recent build of mozilla? if so,
please comment again with details. if not, please resolve this bug as
