This error NOT RESOLVED. With actual version of Firefox Nightly not possible use bank's site - https://online.sberbank.ru even if you allow the use of a "fake" certificate
It hasn't been marked as resolved/fixed, but as resolved/duplicate and merged into the list of bug 1484006 where many other sites are listed right now. If you think this is different from the other bug, feel free to reopen.
