In addition to Bug 1483968, we want to be able to target snippet users based on whether or not they have saved content via the awesome bar OR via AS content (new option).

Per Tim: I think this is covered by existing Unified Telemetry probes in the awesome bar.

Could you update us on the status: Will this get implemented in 64? If not, should we expect it in 65?
