148407 - Drag bookmark from address box using url icon to bookmarks button in bar only allows placing the bookmark in first left. Can't decend into folders.

Click and drag the URL icon from the address box to the Bookmarks button. The
Bookmarks menu opens, and you can drag the icon down the menu, with a bar
appearing under each entry. Releasing the button places the bookmark at the
location where the bar was. 
However, when placing the bar under a folder, the folder does NOT expand. This
used to work in an earlier release (which I don't know at this time.)

If you place the bookmark, then click on Bookmarks, you can then drag the
bookmark into the subfolders as expected.

Probably this is fixed by bug 139471. There is certainly exactly this bug you
are looking for.
