Joel , this is intermittent with a "normal" frequency rate per week/30 days, however, if you look at a longer history, looks like something that should be disabled until there is a fix? Can you please take a look and let us know what you think?

:apavel, thanks for asking, this does have 171 failures in the last 30 days, but I see :emilio as being responsive and probably will fix this up within the next few weeks.

With that said, this is right at our limit for disable, and we could disable on osx shippable (os == 'mac' && !debug), this keeps it running on OSX and other platforms.

I am happy to wait it out a bit, or we disable this and keep the needinfo's around so we can ensure it gets followed up on.

So I don't think this was particularly related to bug 1596918, so I take that back... I think the test could be a bit more reliable, will give a shot at fixing it.

Thank you. Based on that I understand that we can hold off disabling it.

I think the focus shenanigans instead of waiting for tab-switching or what not
may be tripping this tests and causing the background tab to be blurred, but I
didn't spend too much time trying to reproduce the failure.
