[Prerequisites]:
- Have a new Firefox profile.
[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Open the browser with the profile from prerequisites and open a new tab.
2. Enter a string in the "Address Bar" and dismiss the search suggestions dropdown.
3. Click any search shortcut and observe the "Address Bar" area.
[Expected result]:
- The "@search engine" string is displayed in the "Address Bar".
[Actual result]:
- Previous search suggestions are briefly displayed.
