Hi Jeff -- How would you like to mark this meta and its dependent bugs?  I think the second SHIELD study should block Beta.  So even though this is a meta, I'm making it a P1 so that we verify we have a full list of the dependent bugs we need and those bugs get prioritized appropriately.  (I have been marking meta bugs as P5 once I've verified that the dependent bugs have the proper priority setting.)
