User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:61.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/61.0
Build ID: 20180807170231

Steps to reproduce:

Mon hébergeur d'images a rencontré un problème et les icônes de ma page d'accueil n'existent plus...

Actual results:

I specified the URL to customize the icons on the "most visited sites" page but the image host had a problem and I no longer have any icons on my homepage.

like this:

Expected results:

Why not save the icons locally on our disk or user profile instead of loading it each time from a URL?

Icons are not heavy and for privacy reasons also loading icons from a remote URL is not great. Not to mention the problems the image hoster may encounter like the one I used.

It would be great to have a "browse" option and indicate an icon that is on our hard drive.
Sorry for my first line in French ^^
Here is the translation in English:

I tested this on Ubuntu 16.04 with the latest nightly. The new page "Top Sites" functionality is working as intended.

Here is screen capture- https://testing-1.tinytake.com/sf/Mjg2MTg3MV84NTkwNDQ1

Since it does not have a 'browse' option, I consider this is an enhancement.
