[Steps to reproduce]
1. Open Firefox and in the Hamburger Menu, click on Content Blocking
2. about:preferences#privacy will be opened and Content Blocking section will be focused
3. Set Slow tracking element to "Never block"
4. Set Trackers to "Always block"
5. Access https://redditp.com/

[Expected result]
Presentation appears

[Actual result]
The presentation is blocked and instead a black background is shown

Update: 
Instead of Step 3 and 4:
3. Set Slow tracking element to "Always block"
4. Set Trackers to "Never block"
5. Go to about:config and set browser.fastblock.timeout to 2000 ms
(The issue reproduces with medium speed internet connection)

Confirmed this is the same breakage as bug 1235978 (Tracking protection basic breaks redditp.com).

I have not found any indication that redditp.com is owned by reddit.com.

This issue is reproducible with All Detected Trackers active Always and the following pref codes: 

browser.contentblocking.fastblock.ui.enabled  = false

browser.contentblocking.fastblock.control-center.ui.enabled = false

browser.contentblocking.global-toggle.enabled = false

browser.contentblocking.ui.enabled = true 

browser.contentblocking.reportBreakage.enabled = true 

Does this mean that it is not a Fast Block specific issue, just Tracking Protection?
