Details

From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.0) BuildID: mozilla 1.0 rc3 This bug was not seen on rc1, but does occur in rc2 and rc3. One window can only be opened/created at one time. Window menu will show original window (e.g. 1 Slashdot:) and the attempt at the new window (e.g. 2 <blank space>). Bug will not allow browser and mail to be opened at the same time. Work around is to look at browser, browser web, close normally out of browser, kill mozilla.exe process through task manger, open mail, read mail. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open browser 2.File-New-Navigator Window 3. Actual Results: No new window created Expected Results: Opened/Created new window
Working for me without any problem ! Using build 2002053106 - WinXP. What is your theme ? Did you overwrite previous mozilla ? Is your profile completely sane ? Did you try with a fresh made profile (using profile manager) ? Thanks a lot for testing mozilla.
Reporter: Please uninstall all additional themes and/or delete all files in Profile/Chrome/ This is caused by a broken Theme... Report back if it works again..
Severity: critical → normal
Deleted all themes except for classic and modern by using theme preferences. New browser/mail windows are created as they should be. Thanks all
