(Whiteboard: [tor][fingerprinting][fp-triaged])
In Tor Browser, we plan to keep SpeechRecognition disabled (media.webspeech.recognition.enable to false) because of fingerprinting risks. If it's possible to mitigate the risk (behind privacy.resistFingerprinting) we might be able to re-enable it.

Because we currently have no plans on enabling this API, this bug isn't very helpful to have hanging around. If/when we enable speech recognition, Tor will keep it disabled
