[Note]:
- The issue was discovered while testing the Widevine CDM 1.4.9.1088 feature

[Affected versions]:
FF Nightly 63.0a1 Build ID: 20180823100106

[Affected platforms]:
 - The issue seems to be present only on Win 8.1 Pro x64

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Open Firefox Nightly 
2. Copy the following link in the address bar: https://shaka-player-demo.appspot.com/demo/#asset=https://content.uplynk.com/1eb40d8e64234f5c9879db7045c3d48c.mpd?ad=cleardash&rays=cdefg;lang=en-US;build=uncompiled
3. Click on Load button
4. Inspect the player window

[Expected result]:
- The browser window shouldn't display any error as on Chrome.

[Actual result]:
- The following error is shown: "Shaka Error MANIFEST.RESTRICTIONS_CANNOT_BE_MET()" 
- The issue is reproducible only at the very first run of a new Nightly Profile that hasn't accessed the page previously
- The issue is reproducible also with the other Widevine -16 Byte IV asset from the Verizon Digital Media Services category

If after the error is shown one clicks on the "Load" button the video is played automatically, as such the site is working as expected.
