I happened to notice that page 4 of attachment 9003608 [details] (WTBR report) gives the value

for the sha2 thumbprint of the Visa eCommerce Issuing CA; crt.sh suggests [1] that thumbprint actually belongs to the Visa Information Delivery Root CA. The listed serial number and SHA1 look correct.
