Steps to reproduce:

0. Shrink Browser width
1. Type long url of file:// in location bar (so that the location bar is overflowed and scrolled to the right)
2. Hit ENTER key to load url


Actual results:

The location bar is staying scroll position


Expected results:

The location bar should scrolled to the left (i.e, file:// should be visible when the page is shown.)
Summary: location bar whould not scroll to the left after input long url of file:// and hit Enter → location bar would not scroll to the left after input long url of file:// and hit Enter
