Automatically add new tags to updated strings
To clarify: when a string is tagged, we add a meta tag to the string, and one tag at the top of the file to be able to identify obsolete/misspelled tags in the rest of the file https://github.com/mozilla-l10n/langchecker/wiki/.lang-files-format#string-meta-data
