A week ago, I sent an email to the MDN admins to ask for the page creation permission, as has been said to do on the MDN documentation page for getting the page creation permission with the following body:
> My username is ExE-Boss. I want the page creation permission on
> developer.mozilla.org because I wish to document some of the features
> for which I’ve contributed the browser compatibility data and move
> the XSLT element and XPath reference pages to match other documentation
> (e.g. HTML, SVG and MathML, which all have their elements
> under /docs/Web/*/Element/*, rather than /docs/Web/*/*)¹.
>
> ¹ See https://github.com/mdn/browser-compat-data/issues/2027.

I am worried that my email wan’t received, as it was sent from the address I use for my Bugzilla account and my former email provider² has recently begun blocking emails from addresses using the email masking service I use to protect my real email address.
² I have since switched to a different one, but the new one doesn’t support sending from addresses which are registered under the domain of a third party, so I still have to use my former email provider for outbound mail. Thunderbird really helps with that use case.

Thanks for your contributions, Exe Boss!
I've granted you page creation permissions and page move permissions. Let me know if it works for you.
Please be careful when moving pages around as MDN supports moving entire page trees and it may result in many redirections being created. If you want to move around a large set of pages, please open a bug or a discourse thread first, before performing the move, so we can get consensus on whether it is the right thing to do.
When moving around a single obviously wrongly placed page, feel free to go ahead.
Thank you again for contributing so much to MDN!
