We can't play those files properly on windows, yet MediaCapabilities state that it's supported (as it only checks for decoder support) We should report it as not supported until bug 1469711 is done...
i had misread the format of the vp9 codec string, things are working as they should (anything other than 8 bits is reported as not supported as it should)
