The website www.constats-express.com to pay fines in Quebec uses the script [1] to display the fields to enter the credit card information.

But the server is blocked because of an invalid certificate: the error is MOZILLA_PKIX_ERROR_ADDITIONAL_POLICY_CONSTRAINT_FAILED when I try to load it directly. As a result the fields are not displayed (see attachment).

As a result it's impossible to pay fines in Quebec with Nightly on this website currently, without debugging, finding the offending servers, and manually navigating there to accept the certificate.

I can confirm that once I accepted the certificate when navigating to the script itself, the website works. But no normal user could find this...
