Hi there,

I manage Firefox security reviews, which are tracked in the Firefox Product, under the "Security: Review Request" component. I'd like to start tracking due date of reviews, could I please have the "due date" field enabled for this component please?

Hi, Paul, I can only enable that field at a Product, not a Component level. So we'd have to enable due-dates for all bugs in the Firefox product. I would have to get the buy-in of the Firefox org if it'd be okay to enable that. 

Another way we could organize it would be enable the field if a bug's status is ASSIGNED, though people use ASSIGNED as a bookmarking system.

It actually can be enabled on a component level so we could move forward if the status method is not desired.

bad thing is it requires a code change (for now) to do it so we would need to commit it and wait for a production push.

Let me know if you want me to make the needed change.
