Details

STR: 1. Go to https://brandless.com/products/natural-facial-lotion Expected: Video doesn't start playing until in focus in the carousel. Actual: Video starts playing when page is loaded and hard to know where its coming from. Happens on Focus and Fennec, does not happen in Chrome.
P1 because this is a functionality regression from Focus+WebView.

Emily, the GV team thinks Focus may be able to fix this issue using the media control API from bug 1483397 to pause media playback for new tabs opened in the background. Otherwise, this issue will be "fixed" in GV 63 by media auto-play blocking). We're uplifting bug 1483397 to GECKOVIEW_62_RELBRANCH. Please let me know if that solution doesn't work.
