Environment: 
Device: Google Pixel C(Android 9), Nokia 6(Android 7.1.1), Nexus 9(Android 6.0.1), OnePlus 5T(Android 8.1.0) and Sony Xperia Z5 Premium(Android 6.0.1);
Build: Nightly 63.0a1 (2018-08-27);

Steps to reproduce:
1. Visit imdb.com
2. Long tap in the search field to bring up the action bar.
3. See the behaviour.

Expected result:
Add Search Engine option it's displayed without any visual issue.

Actual result:
Add Search Engine option it's displayed intermittently.

Notes:
Not reproducible on Samsung Galaxy S8 (Android 8) and device with Android 5 or smaller.

Note: The issue it's reproducible with other action bars settings.

Reproducible also with Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 (Android 8.0) on the latest version of Nightly 66.0a1 (2018-12-27).

• The issue is much visible when you have the Desktop mode enabled.
