Details
From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; WinNT4.0; en-US; rv:1.0rc3) Gecko/20020523 BuildID: 2002052306 Character encoding is lost after previewing a document with acrobat reader (i think using the plugin). Only the email message preview frame is affected. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1) Set default encoding to iso-8859-1 1)Read a pdf file attached to mail. The pdf file is displayed in the right lower frame. 2) Close de pdf file 3) View any mail (in the preview mode i.e in the lower window): the character encoding has changed. I think that Mozilla keeps the pdf document encoding: Unicode 8 bit. Note: if the email message is fully viewed in its own window (double click on the mail title), the encodign is correct. Actual Results: french accentuated characters are misrepresented. Expected Results: display them correctly...
