Debian Testing, KDE, Xorg, Nvidia GTX 1060 1. Open https://www.arin.net/public/memberList.xhtml and wait until loading has finished. 2. Scroll half the page down by scroll bar. 3. Grab the scrollbar button and shake your mouse: Scroll up and down fast. 4. The brown sidebar on the left flickers white. This problem also happens without WebRender, but not with Chrome Dev 70.
Is this even a webrender bug then?
