Tried to enter to https://www.ibm.com/rexx


Actual results:

An error occurred during a connection to www.ibm.com. SSL received a malformed Server Hello handshake message. Error code: SSL_ERROR_RX_MALFORMED_SERVER_HELLO 


Expected results:

Access the website (currently works in any other browser)
