Hi, I managed to reproduce this issue in Firefox Dev edition 63.0b2 (64-bit)as well as 63.0b3 (64-bit). Please note that this issue also occurs in Firefox Nightly 64.0a1 (2018-09-05). The Trick to trigger this issue is simply by refreshing the page, the first time you reach the page you have the reader icon, but after the page reloads the icon no longer appears.
