User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:52.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/52.0 SeaMonkey/2.49.4
Build ID: 20180713174829

Steps to reproduce:

prerequisites: windows 10, tab browsing is on

* open several tabs
* hover mouse pointer over seamonkey icon on the windows taskbar - tab thumbnails are shown after a short delay next to the taskbar
* hover mouse pointer over one of the tab thumbnails - seamonkey window is brought forward and the tab under the mouse is displayed
* start moving mouse over these thumbnails

Actual results:

each time mouse pointer moves over a new thumbnail the corresponding tab is displayed in the main seamonkey window however seamonkey's tab and address bars don't track this and always display address and title of the currently active tab which is somewhat misleading e.g. on the attached screenshot mouse pointer hovers over the second tab (bugzilla.mozilla.org) but the address and title bars both show the information related to the currently active about:config tab

Expected results:

address and tab bars should've displayed information related to the currently previewed tab
2.49.4
What you see is a preview picture and not the acutal tab content. For this a temporary tab switch would need to occur. It is the same in Firefox. The title is changed to account for this.

I am setting the status to NEW but I am afraid this will sit here a long time / forever unchanged. Would need either extensive changes or a temporary change in the tab title too. Both might have side effects.
