We're adding release aggregates back to aggregates.tmo, but behind auth (see bug 1477347). To support visualizing the aggregate data we need to augment the Measurement Dashboard to support authenticated users. I envision this taking the approach of air.mozilla.org and treeherder where: 1) the non-authenticated flow is left unchanged 2) There is a "login" button at the top right 3) The authenticated flow adds capability to the frontend (in this case adding the "release" channel to the channel+ver selector)
