See the current mockups for new about:debugging: https://mozilla.invisionapp.com/share/F9IVW9WPG4W#/screens . The Connect page has two sections which can be "enabled/disabled" and they should use a nice looking switch component. We should either create our own or look into what was done in the font editor and share the implementation.

According to Matt, this design is coming from the new design for about:addons.
My suggestion will be to move this to m3 so that we can wait for about:addons to implement it.
