Launch firefox; 2. navigate to https://9gag.com/gif 3. middle click on any gif from the list (gif not it's link/text) [Expected result]: - nothing happens (probably) [Actual result]: - new tab with javascript:void(0) is open [Regression range]: - not a regression [Additional notes]: - IE/chrome behavior is as described at expected result

Olli, do you know why we're allowing the middle click and Chrome is not (that's the behaviour I see in Nightly on Windows 10, FWIW)?

Expected behaviour is to get a new tab with the same contents as if the user had just left-clicked within the current tab.
Anything else is a violation of the principle of least astonishment, no matter what other browsers do.
