Details

Mozilla 1.0, build 2002053012
Skin, Gray Modern

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open some page/window that requires scrolling
2. Left-click and hold the button down over the scroll bar
3. Rught-click and hold the button while still holding the left one down
4. Now you should be holding down both left and right buttons over the scroll bat
5. Move the mouse off the page to the right
6. Release right mouse button first then left
7. Move the mouse back into the page
8. Move it up or down and observe undesired scrolling behavior with both mouse
buttons released.

Reproducible: Always

The same behavior happens with any scrollbars anywhere in Mozilla as far as i
can tell (both vertical and horisontal)

I know that the problem is not easily reproduceable, but this is obvioiusly
incorrect behavior, and does not happen in IE for example. It might help to
uncover some other bugs.
Dupe of bug 48037.
