Details

Mail filters should have an option to access the address book so that multiple
contacts can be place into them.  This would allow for instant deletion of
incoming mail that is not in the contact list.

i've heard some debates about having just a block senders list. The only 
problem with that is the list would constantly accumulate where as this method 
immediately narrows the problem down. How another alternative is to have a menu 
that adds senders to a safe list.
We do have a few existing bugs about spam filter ideas... some just a blocked
senders list, some ideas include a "white list" of good senders, I believe. 
I'll try to reference a couple bugs numbers here after I look through the bug list.
