Steps to reproduce:

1. Open 45+ tabs
2. Click on the "List All Tabs" arrow (right side of tab strip)
3. Scroll to bottom of tab list


Actual results:

The last item in the list is partially obscured behind the Windows task bar.


Expected results:

The last item in the list should be fully visible.

Hi,

Thank you for taking the time to report this issue. 

However, I was not able to reproduce the issue on Windows 10 x64, using the latest Release 62 build (id: 20180830143136) nor with the latest Nightly 64.0a1 build (id: 20180910220142). I have tried to resize the window but even so, there was no UI/Overlapping issue.

Could you retest using safe mode (https://goo.gl/AR5o9d) and maybe even a new clean Firefox profile (https://goo.gl/AWo6h8), to eliminate add-ons or custom settings as a possible cause?

If the issue is still persistent, could you please add other info you might think would might be useful for us to reproduce it?
