Steps to reproduce:
- Create a fresh Thunderbird profile
- Start Thunderbird
- Configure Lightning to connect to your nextcloud caldav calendar
- Type username and password
Actual results:
Nothing.

Expected results:
Lightning should start to sync.
If i install Thunderbird 52 and recreate everything it is working. When i upgrade then to Thunderbird 60 it is still working.

Have you tried switching off same-site cookies as stated on <https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/60.0/releasenotes/#known-issues> ?

Didn't notice that :/
The strange thing is, that it can sometime sync. But with this setting it is working.
