Steps to reproduce:

Open website, open devtools. 

Go to responsive design mode and new 'left aligned viewport - styles panel in 3 panel layout works.

Refresh page once, styles panel now blank with 'no element selected' even when clicking around the DOM.

Wont' work again in same tab, even on different url. Works in new tab until above steps repeated



Actual results:

Styles panel blank with 'no element selected' even when clicking around the DOM.


Expected results:

Styles panel should work as normal, showing styles for selected element

Tested on another mac (this one was running Mojave Beta) and replicate the issue. It broke with the devtools docked both on the right and on the bottom

Also this is using the developer edition of firefox. Doesn't happen in the normal firefox (still on v 62. without the left aligned viewport in responsive mode)

I believe this is a duplicate of Bug 1487284. It is already fixed in Nightly, and should soon be in DevEdition v63 (scheduled for beta 5, right now we are on beta 4).
