if you display a "<textarea>" the attribute wrap="..." is ignored. no parameter
works (physical, virtual, soft, hard).
it seems, there's no automatic \cr

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.make a html-file with the textarea-tag and the attribute wrap=""
2.open the page in mozilla
3.wonder
Component: XP Apps → Editor: Core
WFM on buildID 2002060108 on Win2K Sp2

According to W3C textarea does not support the wrap attribute, textarea by
definition is a multi-line text input control see link below for details
