[Prerequisites:]
    1. Tracking Protection Basic enabled.
[Steps to Reproduce:]
    1. Navigate to https://www.fleetfarm.com/sitewide/weeklyAd.jsp 
    2. Observe the page.
        
[Expected Behavior:]
Weekly ad loads and can be selected.
 
[Actual Behavior:]
Content is blocked.

The issue is related to `trackingprotection` breakage.

Looking at the devtools console, here are the blocked resources:
The resource at “https://www.googletagmanager.com/gtm.js?id=GTM-J6FG” was blocked because content blocking is enabled.[Learn More] weeklyAd.jsp
The resource at “https://cdn.listrakbi.com/scripts/script.js?m=0KBpYv8sNSCN&v=1” was blocked because content blocking is enabled.[Learn More] weeklyAd.jsp
The resource at “https://ssl.google-analytics.com/ga.js” was blocked because content blocking is enabled.[Learn More] weeklyAd.jsp
The resource at “https://f.wishabi.net/arbitrary_files/55521/1507916091/55521_ping.txt” was blocked because content blocking is enabled.[Learn More] weeklyAd.jsp

So below are the domains to test:
- ​www.googletagmanager.com
- cdn.listrakbi.com
- ssl.google-analytics.com
- f.wishabi.net


I opened the URL in a fresh browser profile (Firefox Nightly 64, uMatrix installed, normal mode) and loaded the page. The page content is blocked.

I disabled the Spoof Referrer option in uMatrix and then WHITELISTED:
- f.wishabi.net
and the weekly ad is loaded and can be selected.

The other resources didn't help. 

So in conclusion:
- wishabi.net is in Advertising category = [tp-ads]

The weekly ad is loading for me now in basic and strict mode, so it seems this has been fixed.
