Specific things to update
If you select a task to use, don't use gecko-3-b-win2012, use gecko-1-b-win2012 or gecko-1-b-win2012-beta.  gecko-3-b-win2012 has permissions that regular developers don't generally have.

Note that there is an issue in OpenCloudConfig that the first time a worker is spawned, it can take 20-30 minutes for a machine to be available and claiming jobs

Note in bold type at the top of the page that the loaners are spot instances and will go away without warning.  Include instructions on how to configure the instance as a reserved instance so that if you need to do extended testing your machine won't go away.  I realize that for most developers they need to test something quickly, but if you do need to extended testing it's super frustrating to modify an existing task, wait for it to be provisioned and install libraries, clone m-c, and apply patches, run builds only to have it killed without notice because that is several hours of work.
