Several features depend on the permissions of the current user. We need to get all data about the user from django when loading the Translate app and store it. 

We also probably need to update that data regularly, so that if the user gets logged out automatically from the server, we show it in the client.

Fix bug 1490349 - Add current user data to Translate app.  (#1090)

This data will be used later on by other modules to give access to actions, show special data, and display the name and avatar of the user.
