Steps to reproduce:

enable WR
1. Go to https://listenfestival.be/  . Let the page load
2. Reload the page by pressing ctrl+shift+r  bypassing the cache. This is to ensure that there is some actual time taken to reload the page


Actual results:

the throbber skips animation


Expected results:

not so

forgot to add that to see the throbber skip animation, you have to have the tab in the foreground.

testcase of loading  https://listenfestival.be/ is fixed.
However, testcase of comment 1 still makes the throbber janky while refreshing. It looks like a different bug though
I can RESOLVE DUPLICATE this bug, and open a new bug, if you want.
