1490920 - add an option for middle click in address and search bars to do Paste & Go/Search

I would like an option (in about:config would be enough) that would make pressing the middle mouse button in the address and search bars do "Paste & Go" or "Paste & Search" instead of the current default of "Paste". This would mean single-click searching would be possible for users with a middle mouse button. The config flag would mean it would not affect existing users and probably no maintenance would be required for the minimal amount of extra code needed.

We would be unlikely to add a configuration option for this, since configuration options do add complexity and extra test paths requiring ongoing maintenance, even if small.

Whilst we could evaluate changing how middle mouse paste works, we think this would be confusing to users, and the only thing that might cause a change would be something like a security concern.

Overall, we don't see this changing, hence marking as won't fix.
