Attachment and description to come. Note that this relates to static changes,
not dynamic ones, although the same problems crop up with dynamic changes.
The testcase shows a plain HTML table.	It then shows the results of trying to
suppress display of the fourth and tenth rows of copied tables, using both
'visibility: collapse' and 'display: none'. In almost no case do I think
Mozilla is getting it right, with the possible exception of setting the fourth
row to 'display: none' (and even then I'm not sure). Note that in one case the
cells in the third column end up overlapping.
See also attachment 31722 [details] (from bug 77019, which has more testcases and
discussion of related problems).
