To enable the new datadog metrics on push, we need a rebuild deploy of the current release in prod, e.g. click the "Rebuild" button per the ops meeting.
Deployed to stage.
I see bugzilla.pushd.scheduled_jobs on stage now, and I verify that $BMO_datadog_host is set
