I often use the "open link in new window" feature, especially when opening
multiple links from one page.  The link I have opened does not change color
though until I change the page and return.  This is a huge pain in the neck.  It
makes it impossible to know if I've opened everything I want to open.

"any" is not a valid URL, the URL field is used for *addresses*.

To make it work what you want the page would have to be rerendered. This would
be painful, especially, if it results from a form submission.

Marking INVALID.
